PLAN:
At Home:

1. Combine ingredients marked *and 1/2 cup of water.

2. Add beef and mix well.

3. Shape into 1-1/2" balls. Refrigerate


90 MINUTES BEFORE MEAL:

1. Brown meatballs in oil. Drain.

2.Combine tomato sauce, 1 cup of water, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce; pour over meat balls.

3. Reduce heat, cover, simmer for 1 hour.

4. Start vegetables and rice in time to be ready at same time as meatballs.
