So You’re First Class. Now What?

First Class Scouts have mastered all the basic skills in Scouting, and are eligible for leadership positions and high adventure trips. While they were under close supervision from Tenderfoot through First Class, they're usually left on their own after that. As advanced as they are, many flounder in personal advancement until they can get their bearings straight.
